With over 30 years in the Texas hospitality industry, Albert Colunga brings real-world kitchen experience directly into the classroom. As both a Registered ServSafe Instructor and Certified ServSafe Proctor, you're learning from someone who understands Texas health codes, DSHS requirements, and the day-to-day realities of running a food service operation in the Lone Star State.

Albert has also taught Food Handler and ServSafe Manager courses for more than 13 years. His goal is to help food service professionals gain the knowledge and certification they need to work safely and confidently.
