Training Overview

Full-day instructor-led course from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Includes a 30-minute lunch break
7–8 hours of guided instruction led by a certified proctor
Designed for restaurant and food service managers
Including food truck service managers

Exam & Certification

In-person, computer-based exam with immediate results
Exam duration: up to 2 hours
Passing score: 70% or higher
Certification valid for 5 years

Nationally Recognized · Valid in All 50 States and All 254 TX Counties

Official pre-course study materials provided
80-question diagnostic pre-exam with answer key included
Laptops provided by the proctor for the final exam
Participants welcome to bring their own laptop if preferred
